Nizzer Bates Named Director Of Administration At Schlabig

Akron, OH, Feb. 11, 2010...Kelly Nizzer Bates was recently promoted to director of administration at Schlabig & Associates, Ltd, a leading certified public accounting firm that offers strategic services for Ohio-based businesses and individuals and multinational corporations. Nizzer Bates previously served as Schlabig’s firm administrator since 2007.

At Schlabig, Nizzer Bates works closely with the managing partner on the firm’s business operations. She provides day-to-day management of the firm, including human resources activities, firm accounting and other duties. Based in the firm’s Akron office, she also guides administration, personnel, marketing, technology and strategic support and planning.

She is a member of the local and national chapters of the Society for Human Resource Management and the Association of Accounting Administrators. Additional memberships include Women’s Network of NEOhio and the KNOW group of the Greater Akron Chamber. She is an affiliate member of The Ohio Society of CPAs. She also holds the program chair position with the Ohio Chapter of the Association of Accounting Administrators.

Nizzer Bates is a graduate of Derby University, England. She resides in Bath Township.
