Kelly Nizzer Bates

Kelly Nizzer Bates is a senior professional in human resources and serves as Director of Administration of Schlabig & Associates, Ltd. She has been with the company since 2007. Her responsibilities include working closely with the managing partner on the firm’s business operations.

Kelly provides key day-to-day management of the firm, including human resources activities, firm accounting and other duties. She provides administration, personnel, facilities, marketing, technology and strategic support and planning for the firm. She is based in the firm’s Akron office.

She is a member of the local and national chapters of the Society for Human Resource Management and The Association of Accounting Administrators. Additional memberships include Women’s Network of North East Ohio and the KNOW group of the Greater Akron Chamber. She is an affiliate member of The Ohio Society of CPAs. She also holds the program chair position with the Ohio Chapter of the Association of Accounting Administrators.

Kelly is a graduate of Derby University, England. She resides in Bath Township.
